Taliban in Apotex.
After all employees left the Company, Apotex selected to employ Taliban/
Alquida, facilitated and nurtured their culture in the facility (organized
pray rooms and acknowledged their rights with out any restrictions in
expense of other employees). Apotex did allow Taliban / Alquida to organize
and work with out any restrictions / supervision with highly potent
controlled substances / narcotics (no production supervision of any kind, no
in process quality control of any kind, no quality control of incoming
materials of any kind, no adequate sanitation of equipment/product holding
Apotex unlashed their anger / frustration and channeled it against me by
premeditated action of retribution and terror (I was physically and verbally
attacked many times at work / in Facility). Taliban did cause my right hand
severe injury and time off work in 2001. Due to stimulated by Apotex daily
frictions amongst ethnic groups of employees I did send to Director of HR a
note pointing out severity of the situation and need to rectify it.
For months at the time ( nights) I was working alone with Taliban employees
due to Company's manipulation proceeding me as their enemy because I
questioned Health and Safety, Quality of the product and their activities in
MFG (Manufacturing)etc. I wanted to prevent Operators suffer and product
FOR ME, THEY/OPERATORS/TALIBAN WERE SIMPLY VERY MUCH SUFFERING CO- WORKERS
(DUE TO COMPANYS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE). FOR ME TALIBAN EMPLOYEES WERE HUMAN
BEINGS ACTING UNDER ADVERSE PRODUCTS SIDE EFFECTS. That is why I started to
supply on my own First Aid materials to all in need on my shift.
With Company's knowledge Taliban employees contaminated and cross
contaminated products on daily bases, did cost equipment failures, did pose
real physical danger to myself and each other.
They were very aggressive /offensive, working in tribal system, often high
on drugs they were swimming in with out any protection and consciousness of
danger. Total obliviousness.
On daily bases they were not observing any GMP, SOP or Safety Regulations.
Apotex was exterminating employees of Taliban / Alquida orientation by not
providing them with any product info and personal protection.
In stead of providing PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and control over
production and controlled substances, Company organized for Taliban /
Alquida Pray Rooms where one or few Taliban / Alquida employees were praying
at any given time.
THE NIGHT AFTER 9/11 ALL OPERATORS CELEBRATED ATTACK ON TWIN TOWERS IN MORE
LAVISH WAY THEN PEOPLE DO CELEBRATE THE NEW YEAR.
Again I was the only ONE non Taliban and white person in the plant.
Company terrorized by many means any one / other employees voicing concerns
about issues with Safety and quality of the products, absence of Work Orders
and other Documentation (attempted murder of one of new in process Quality
Control female. Her lunch sandwiches were contaminated with white powder and
papers). Right after the incident she left the Company.
Employees worked with out any PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) and
sustained sever injuries on daily bases.
Company did not provide First Aid materials and employees had to supply
themselves in "One dollar stores " with chip medical supply which on regular
bases were ending up in the products.
I started to supply them with proper materials on my own.
