I live like a walking death in twilight zone / some where in between death and a life being deprived of all Human Rights and Constitutional / Law

protection by habitual offenders. I was assessed by three (3) independent psychiatrists to eliminate offender's speculations about my insanity

prompting "delusions" etc. All psychiatrists stated clearly, that I am sane /I do NOT have/had any mental illness. No family history of any.

AFTER WORK

On contact with product skin cells/ lymphatic vessels ( structures that

drain lymph) were simply exploding causing horrifying pain and sores oozing

plasma ( the clear, yellowish fluid containing lymphocytes - white blood

cells that fight disease) from the tissues , hands, lips, inside of mouth/

over the surface of the mouth and tongue, nose, digestive system, stomach,

rectum/ anus, compromising function of the lungs- respiratory muscles, blood

vessels, lymphatic system , nerves and all around whole body etc.). The

tongue was burned / scalded, strange tastes / sensations developing.

Developing burning mouth syndrome caused by nerve problems.

Often small, painful ulcers/ sores appeared on the tongue / mouth, disabling

salivary glands etc. Nerves that help detect and transmit signals to the

brain were getting severely compromised. At the same time all of it was

suppressing immune system and inducing many, many more horrifying adverse

long term symptoms.

In seconds nothing did matter any more.

We were entering twilight zone /total obliviousness and sensation of

flotation /levitation, physical /mental struggle/ fog, breathlessness etc.

Total obliviousness to danger and by many Operators terrifying rages of

aggression and many other medical/neurological problems etc.

Pc: Right after an explosion / fire of one of many unknown products processed in confidentiality which proofed to be volatile as well as after a chain of other very significant accidents / incidents which were occurring on regular bases MASSIVELLY EXPOSEING ME /EMPLOYEES TO VERY TOXIC PRODUCTS /ACTIVES I ( as many other employes) started to suffer from many aggregating physical / neurological problems (some are listed above as well as in my previous communications),

I experienced additionally profuse bleeding from my /via my orifices.

Aside from toxic skin damage, it appeared as I started to suffer from a number of internal malfunctions which manifested them self in severe pains and as the appearance of blood in my excrement and as a leak of blood from some of my orifices etc.

I DID seek urgent medical attention BUT Company’s Doctor told me, that many employees do suffer such problems and I should be not worried because it will stop shortly. My blood loss showed an unwillingness to stop .

I did have a big problem / difficulty to ebb the flow.

My neurological problems made me oblivious and incapable of consulting other Doctors.

I feel like a zombie, - weird brain fog feeling.

At all the time all my brain wants to do is to zone out.

I should not be feeling brain dead!

It's uncontrollable and very distressing.

Tremors, awkward movements, dizziness, lost words, unable to focus………). I have trouble walking, especially to use the bathroom at night. I had many bad falls causing injury. I have constant vertigo, constant nausea but lately I am unable to vomit any more.

Often my heart is racing and I am often shaking like a leaf.

I have debilitating headaches and backaches, like I am on the verge of a full blown panic attack.

I HAVE bouts of diarrhoea and do have strange metallic taste in my mouth.

For years I do have the worst withdrawal side effects imaginable. Withdrawals are hellish.

I do have dry mouth / membranes syndrome, sometimes very vivid dreams / nightmares.

The medicines horrible side effects have not worn off since my employment with Apotex! Contrarily, they gradually do deteriorate!.....:)

This is how in Ontario / Canada, Employees / Adjudicators of Government Agencies not necessarily qualified to do their jobs and often selected with a set of predispositions like certain pathologies, exploit injured on the job Employees / Workers they suppose to assist in times of misfortune. Employers / Often of a billion dollars and engaging for profit in unlawful activities to gain Market advantage. For 18 + years and pending, relying on strangers, I am bed ridden, not able to talk. / speak, hold a pan, walk, struggling to execute what guarantees to me Law of the land and what I am entitled to by Law by paying monthly prefixed dues without any trouble. Working for Employer for many, many years being exceptionally good, reliable, dependable, quality and quantity oriented and that was the period of biggest in Ontario construction / expansion. Historically Employer produced constantly more and more products and all or most of them without any permits to have upper hand over competition. PRODUCTS were very potent, addictive usually with contaminated ingredients, illegally obtained, without any permits to store or dispose, produce etc...:). That was / is the nature of the business. Production included many opioids and was often heavily contaminated.

While bedridden I feel like I am confined to bed by sickness or old age and a lot of beyond explanation suffering / pain. That's what really it is just time changed perceptions / perspectives. After so many years while I was the only ONE reliable in production Manufacturing (MFG) and Packaging (PKG) as well as often Facility my superiors ust to say " stay / come" or we will not " run". Time came when my system could not take it any more especially because most products were processed in confidentiality and due to accumulation of a variety of products in me including OPIOID I became very, very disabled / sick and that is when Government Agencies discovered / unveiled themselves and will to assist Employers regardless of circumstances with their activities out of hell and I am waiting for their help for 18 + years and pending.

RON DAVIDSON, CHRF - VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, JACK KEY, PRESIDENT - COO, APOTEX, BERNARD SHERMAN, CHAIRMAN @ CEO APOTEX INCORPORATED WITH THEIR ENABLERS / MAFIA TEAM STRATEGICALLY LOCATED IN KEY GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND IN A COMMUNITY REGARDLESS ON PREVIOUS / PRESENT ASSOCIATIONS. PEOPLE, COMMUNITY, HEALTH PRODUCTS CONSUMERS, EMPLOYES DID NOT COUNT DESPITE DIRECT / INDIRECT HEALTH CONDITIONS CAUSED BY TORPHARM / APOTEX.

Apotex with own enablers / "DANGEROUS OFFENDERS" located strategically in Government Agencies, Civil Institutions and every were else of strategic value, did severely impair me on illegally obtain and processed products, then severely incapacitated me for 19 + years and pending, then they did defraud me, my family and people around me of everything for almost some 20 years and pending etc.

ALL THOSE ENABLERS / "DANGEROUS OFFENDERS" RESYSTED CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR SO LONG AND WERE PRAYING UPON / ON MY ILLS, WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED ON THE JOB PERSON / ONTARIAN / CANADIAN DUE TO CRIMINAL / METHODICAL NEGLIGENCE.

All those characters from my list (not full ) were perfectly aware of their criminal / conscious activity because they were part of the criminal activities and they were purposely, actively and consciously ignoring ex - employer's commitments / obligations as being a part of it. They all ignored it having it in front of themselves at all the time and being aware that they ignor processing disabled on the job, havely incapacitated on the job by the illegal products, havely impaired , disabled person and they did it for 20+ years and pending despite it. They did it consciously knowing very well that they can NON successfully process it on their own and by being part of a criminal circle they have to commit crime covering up for my ex - employer - TorPharm / Apotex.

All those People regardless of status / place in Society, Civil / Profesional place in life or level of individual education did commit fraud against me individually and collectively, reneging on collective and personal duty to protect me contributing a great deal a Canadian worker individually / collectively being challenged and protect me from individual / collective harm on many levels. So big time medical, financial, economical and many, many more factors were totally neglected / ignored and forgotten placing me in position without any and all parallel for 20 + YEARS AND PENDING, leaving me without any choice whatsoever for so long.
