I live like a walking death in twilight zone / some where in between death and a life being deprived of all Human Rights and Constitutional / Law
protection by habitual offenders. I was assessed by three (3) independent psychiatrists to eliminate offender's speculations about my insanity
prompting "delusions" etc. All psychiatrists stated clearly, that I am sane /I do NOT have/had any mental illness. No family history of any.

I AM CALLING ON US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT TO PROTECT AMERICANS (POPULATION IN 115 EFFECTED COUNTRIES) FROM PHARMACOLOGICAL TERRORISM / CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY!
Dear Sir/Madam,
The lawlessness of the Apotex, Big Pharma immunity, and crimes against
humanity!
How many millions more have to die from this chemical holocaust before this
reign of medical terror is brought to an end?
Apotex exposed own employees to appalling and atrocious conditions at work.
Apotex is defiant, not regretful, with out remorse, not willing to correct
wrong doings. Company, OHR Tribunal as well as other Government Agencies
(collectively GOVERNMENT of Ontario) got engaged in intentional malicious
conduct violating all statutes with a reckless indifference. They acted in
the face of a perceived risk that their actions will violate all laws.
Apotex /Counsel after 6 years of disabling me, torturing me, denials of
medical help, denials of Constitutional and Law protection as well as many
other criminal acts eventually admitted all allegations (additionally
confirmed by some more Agencies). Apotex refuse to plea "Guilty" and in
further criminal acts decided to challenge my Application on technicalities
/ alleged preliminary issues.
I was and am tortured by Apotex, Ontario Labor Board, WSiB, Ontario's
Ombudsmen Office, Office of the Worker Adviser, Ontario Human Rights
Commission/Tribunal and some more Agencies. Canadian Government institutions
mandated to assist General Public in time of misfortune, suffer and despair
selected to engage in criminal activities and assist criminal Corporation
which is stone waling an Ontarian / victim with life threatening medical
conditions. Those Institutions deprived me from Constitutional and Law
protection. Apotex and its accomplices denied me medical help, deprived me
of all means of sustaining myself and are not regretful. Apotex, Ontario
Labor Board, WSiB, Ontario's Ombudsmen Office sentenced me and my family for
life of suffer, despair, hunger and poverty. Apotex shattered my and my
family's dreams and future (indirectly killed my two elderly parents-I was
sole provider). Apotex/Counsel many times derailed my attempts to get help
and justice.
Bellow is a List of terrorists imbedded in Government Agencies and engaged
in criminal acts against me (Apotex's victim) and against society.
They perpetuated RETRIBUTION, DISCRIMINATION, and HERRASMENT, did knowingly
and willfully make a materially false, fictitious and fraudulent statements
and representation in a matter within the jurisdiction of the Ontario Labor
Board, WSiB, Ontario Human Rights Commission, Tribunal and other Government
Agencies, in the process DENIED MEDICAL HELP as well as obstructed Canadian
Constitution, Legal System etc. They committed many counts of perverting the
course of justice or intending to pervert the course of justice, many counts
of perjury, criminal conspiracy, criminal negligence, criminal recruitment
of false witnesses, attempted murder, did contribute to my permanent
disability, irreparable damage. Preliminary matters are that those
individuals in premeditated manner are torturing me for MANY, MANY years and
pending. They / Company act without any consideration for the human rights
and my well being despite their awareness of my situation and familiarity
with my File.
Those individuals falsified all records provided by them to Ontario Labor
Board, WSiB, Ontario Human Rights Commission, Tribunal and other Government
Agencies (collectively Government) and engaged other people in criminal
conspiracy (documented) which untimely further deteriorates my state of
health. On behalf of Company they committed many counts of perverting the
course of justice or intending to pervert the course of justice, many counts
of perjury, criminal conspiracy, criminal negligence, criminal recruitment
of false witnesses, attempted murder, did contribute to permanent
disability, irreparable damage.
Those individuals got involved in my Case, purposely were omitting
/altering very critical evidence and medical conditions (or were reducing it
in to insignificance) and were paid for it while limiting my professional
and personal life, making challenging my social life, destroyed my marriage,
imposed extreme hardship on my family and relatives/friends and in vicious /
malicious manner on on going bases are preventing me from enjoying my
Constitutional Right to obtain medical help, be able to provide for myself
etc.
Those individuals directly /indirectly are committing crimes against
humanity, committing acts of domestic and Global terrorism and should be
investigated by Amnesty International, FBI, US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, Ministry of Public Safety and
trialed by Tribunal in Strasburg for such crimes.
It is important that they be loudly condemned!

During news media interview (2002 ) Apotex’s Senior Vice President , Operations Ron McArthur offered a very liberal description / assessment of internal situation / non compliance as a Standard Operational Procedure ( SOP ) WITH IN THIS Organization ( Apotex ) which by its nature invalidated all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). All ingredients (actives, controlled substances and every thing else together on the floors in manufacturing (MFG) / Packaging (PKG) areas / all over.
Apotex for years sacrificed own employees AND FOR MANY YEARS very negatively impacted unfortunate, afflicted, and very much suffering vulnerable people / health products consumers.
Scores of them were pushed over the edge by contamination, over dose (luck of actives) etc.
Justice was not served for those affected those who perished in agony / their families / General Public (somebody’s loved ones) often spending last pennies on meds which suppose to help.
Construction / expansion created mayhem for 6 + years.

In Canada a variety of Governments passed by the BILLS detailed Roles telling / informing everyone what is the Law and associated time limitations if any so everyone obeys by the book etc. So for instance in Ontario Bill - 107 was passed by the Government of Premier McGuinty and it became a LAW!

Apotex with own enablers / "DANGEROUS OFFENDERS" located strategically in Government Agencies, Civil Institutions and every were else of strategic value, did severely impair me on illegally obtain and processed products, then severely incapacitated me for 19 + years and pending, then they did defraud me, my family and people around me of everything for almost some 20 years and pending etc.
ALL THOSE ENABLERS / "DANGEROUS OFFENDERS" RESYSTED CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR SO LONG AND WERE PRAYING UPON / ON MY ILLS, WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED ON THE JOB PERSON / ONTARIAN / CANADIAN DUE TO CRIMINAL / METHODICAL NEGLIGENCE.
All those characters from my list (not full ) were perfectly aware of their criminal / conscious activity because they were part of the criminal activities and they were purposely, actively and consciously ignoring ex - employer's commitments / obligations as being a part of it. They all ignored it having it in front of themselves at all the time and being aware that they ignor processing disabled on the job, havely incapacitated on the job by the illegal products, havely impaired , disabled person and they did it for 20+ years and pending despite it. They did it consciously knowing very well that they can NON successfully process it on their own and by being part of a criminal circle they have to commit crime covering up for my ex - employer - TorPharm / Apotex.
All those People regardless of status / place in Society, Civil / Profesional place in life or level of individual education did commit fraud against me individually and collectively, reneging on collective and personal duty to protect me contributing a great deal a Canadian worker individually / collectively being challenged and protect me from individual / collective harm on many levels. So big time medical, financial, economical and many, many more factors were totally neglected / ignored and forgotten placing me in position without any and all parallel for 20 + YEARS AND PENDING, leaving me without any choice whatsoever for so long.
