AT THE PRESENT, DUE TO LAW /REGULATIONS WHOLE CONCEPT OF GENERIC 
PHARMACEUTICALS IS CRIMINAL IN ITS NATURE. Apotex employs only people 
willing to cut corners. That is the nature of the generics. In order to bit 
the system you must commit crimes. Honest people are not welcome at Apotex. 
You must do what Company asks you to do!
For many years Company melted and boiled chemicals in hundred of pounds at 
the time in order to challenge existing /valid Patents of Brand Name's by 
process ( Cyclosporin- Cyclosporine is a potent immunosuppressant used 
originally to prevent the rejection of transplanted kidneys, continues to be 
recommended for a variety of organ transplants, brain function controlling 
drugs (psychiatric), antidepressants and narcotics which I worked with: 
PAXIL, Lavitra, Plavix, Bupropion, Gabapentin, Gemfibrosil, Metformin, 
Omeprazole, Temazepam/Etodolac, Metroprolol , Norvasc, Depakote and other 
brain function controlling drugs and antidepressants, narcotics blood 
composition and pressure controlling drugs etc.).
As result of Company's negligence (exposure to advanced structural composite 
materials /chemicals used in the manufacturing processes which have been 
classified as to have a co- carcinogenic and/or synergistic 
effect -Depakote/ Divalproex Sodium, Diazepam, Clonazepam, Carbamazepine, 
Phenobarbital, Clozapine, Lorazepam, Phenobarbital, Amoxapine, Bupropion, 
Clozapine, Lorazepam, Amoxapine, Paroxatine, Fluoxetine, Temazepam, 
Gabapentin, Depakote,Cyclosporine etc. ) I am disabled!
Company was preventing creation of any medical records related to employee's 
side effects associated with products exposure.
Approximately 3 weeks after ingesting the generic version of the drug, Lois 
Ann Colacicco committed suicide. Decedent had ingested Apotex's generic 
equivalent of Paxil. Soon after, she began taking the generic version of the 
drug, paroxetine hydrochloride, which is a bio-equivalent of Paxil and 
manufactured by Apotex Lois Colacicco committed suicide in her home . Often 
tablets ARE CONTAMINATED or have too much of active ingredient / do not 
have any at all.
Adverse reactions are most likely to occur when starting or discontinuing 
the drug, increasing or lowering the dose or when switching from one SSRI to 
another. Adverse reactions are often diagnosed as bipolar disorder when the 
symptoms may be entirely iatrogenic (treatment induced). Withdrawal, 
especially abrupt withdrawal, from any of these medications can cause severe 
neuropsychiatric and physical symptoms. It is important to withdraw 
extremely slowly from these drugs, often over a period of a year or more, 
under the supervision of a qualified and experienced specialist, if 
available. Company adicted me to many dangerous actives by unprotected 
exposure and discarded me while I become very sick and prevented me from 
obtaining any help!
There are cases of bizarre behavior, school shootings/incidents, road rage 
tragedies, air rage incidents, postpartum depression cases, MANY murders 
(homicides/ murder-suicides) and other acts of violence including workplace 
violence.
There is a grave concern among advocates that adverse reactions are greatly 
underestimated by the public, the medical profession, and the regulatory 
authorities. Each of these stories can be interpreted as an adverse reaction 
and in most cases evidence of bizarre behavioral change consistent with drug 
reaction. In some stories causation is acknowledged and the juxtaposition of 
these stories with those where it goes unrecognized as well as the 
repetition of themes and circumstances is chilling. If indeed medications 
played a significant role in all these tragedies, then this is a public 
health problem of epidemic proportions on a global scale.
All patients being treated with antidepressants for any indication should be 
monitored appropriately and observed closely for clinical worsening, 
suicidality, and unusual changes in behavior, especially during the initial 
few months of a course of drug therapy, or at times of dose changes, either 
increases or decreases.Patients, their families, and their caregivers should 
be encouraged to be alert to the emergence of anxiety, agitation, panic 
attacks, insomnia, irritability, hostility, aggressiveness, impulsivity, 
akathisia (psychomotor restlessness), hypomania, mania, other unusual 
changes in behavior, worsening of depression, and suicidal ideation, 
especially early during antidepressant treatment and when the dose is 
adjusted up or down. Families and caregivers of patients should be advised 
to look for the emergence of such symptoms on a day-to-day basis, since 
changes may be abrupt. Such symptoms should be reported to the patient's 
prescriber or health professional, especially if they are severe, abrupt in 
onset, or were not part of the patient's presenting symptoms. Symptoms such 
as these may be associated with an increased risk for suicidal thinking and 
behavior and indicate a need for very close monitoring and possibly changes 
in the medication. Antidepressants have been recognized as potential 
inducers of mania and psychosis since their introduction in the 1950s. 
Described psychosis as an adverse effect of the older tricyclic 
antidepressant imipramine. Since the introduction of Prozac in December, 
1987, there has been a massive increase in the number of people taking 
antidepressants. Over 200,000 people a year enter a hospital with 
antidepressant-associated mania and/or psychosis. The subsequent harm from 
this prescribing can be seen .

materially false, fictitious and fraudulent statements and representation in 
a matter within the jurisdiction of the Ontario Labor Board, WSiB (Workers 
Compensation Insurance Board), Ontario Human Rights Commission, Ontario 
Health Act , Ontario Labor Law as well obstructed Canadian Constitution etc.
1. Apotex has to be liquidated and all recovery must go to Federal treasure 
for partial coverage of carnage Apotex did in Society.Apotex many times 
dumped untreated waste waters in to Lake Ontario.
People from any Managerial, Executive level including ownership must be 
prevented by Court Order from working in any pharmaceutical, chemical or 
food industry ever - in the name of Public's SAFETY!

Because of Apotex / Employer my many medical conditions deteriorated.
Lately, one of my many medical conditions deteriorated and imposes on me a lot of difficulties and enormous stress.
During my employment I developed lungs problem (due to product side effects- reported to Superiors and documented). My autonomic function of lungs (a function of the respiratory cycles) has been compromised.
More and more frequently I am stopping to breathe with out a warning. These are relatively short in duration episodes but I am not in control of them. 
Despite my conscious mind I struggle in-vein to take air and I can not make my lungs to move. I suspect that my neurons /neurotransmitters are affected / damaged (altered function / communication) by active ingredients at work.
As result of all my medical conditions I fear, that such undertaking as a trip for a hearing on preliminary issues may end up for me fatally. For very long time I do not go any where at all.
I scrolled trough Tribunal's website and I discovered, that Tribunal's extra ordinary powers do allow Tribunal to make its own rules of proceedings which allow performing Hearings in any way where appropriate ( "any part of a proceeding may be conducted in person or by way of a written hearing or electronically (quasi powers). The Tribunal may exercise any of its powers under these Rules on its own initiative or at the request of a party as well the Tribunal may waive or vary the application of any of these Rules where appropriate") etc....:).

Apotex's (employer's) conduct at the time of my termination was conducted in 
bad faith, dishonestly, in a manner that caused public embarrassment, was 
callous, shocking, in blatant disregard of my (employee's) dignity and 
well-being. It was done with an evil heart and purpose; malicious; wicked; 
villainous, lawless, felonious, corrupt, crooked, culpable, deplorable, 
dirty, heavy, illegal, illicit, immoral, indictable, iniquitous, nefarious, 
off base, out of line, scandalous, shady, unlawful, unrighteous, vicious, 
villainous, wicked, wrong.
It was out right criminal!
I was most vulnerable / very sick and hence, most in need of protection 
(both economic and personal).
It was/is a traumatic event for me. Termination was accompanied by acts of 
bad faith in the manner of discharge and the results were/are especially 
devastating.
I believe that in the course of dismissal employers ought to be candid, 
reasonable, honest and forthright with their employees and should refrain 
from engaging in conduct that is unfair or in bad faith by being for 
example, untruthful, misleading or unduly insensitive.
Apotex tortured me during my employment and does it for 7 years after 
termination (pending). Apotex deprived me of all medical, economical and all 
other help / means.

During my employment (despite fact that Apotex did not have any money to 
purchase Personal Protection Equipment -PPE), it was financially rewording 
some new employees willing to generate false letters to Management, 
undermining my performance/personality/dedication/loyalty etc. Those false 
letters did cause to me a lot of aggravation. Those letters Company posted 
for all to view on internal website.
Instead of providing me with some assistance in dealing with MFG, PKG AND 
COUNTLESS INCIDENTS/ACCIDENTS, Apotex was ordering some new employees to 
secretly take my pictures with/by cell phones in Facility while I performed 
challenging task to sustain MFG (Manufacturing) and PKG (Packaging) 
processes.
Apotex engaged own employees in sabotaging of my work/ equipment, 
compromising health and safety of Personnel as well as further contaminating 
/ cross-contaminating products.
Apotex forwarded to Labour Board (in writing) motion to panelize me for 
apparent "OBUSE OF PROCESS" because I forwarded an Application under 
Occupational Health and Safety regulations, while I was very sick and 
discarded by Company with out any means to sustain my self /get medical 
help.

All representatives, all PEOPLE acting in the name of a particular Government Agency, all Legal advisers / enablers / facilitators did misrepresent self / Agency in their acts, regardless of the Law, accepted / approved Bills , accepted Regulations etc. causing irreparable, prolonged, very neglectful / painful, damaging mismanagement of Persons / victims Claims, affected families and associated individuals lives, future and destiny. Acting Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau in unprecedented moves facilitated Bernard Sherman and his over 20 legal, acting on behalf of Company and ownership lobbyists including ownership, directly from the Office of the acting Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Bernard Sherman abused the Office of P.M. Justin Trudeau to conduct illegal business from  his Office and influence decisions of Regulators, Ministers as well as other Government Agencies according to the personal needs, regardless of afflicted / suffering health products consumers. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau completely ignored my earlier communication letters about my urgent Case!

I guess I am NOT a “ convicted terrorist”, but a law abiding Canadian.

What about my rights, about my “ oppressive circumstances”, what about my “ sleep depravations”, what about my as a victim horrors/terror …. Etc.?

Canadian Government is complicit in crimes against me a disabled Canadian.

DUE TO APOTEX  - EX-EMPLOYER, SOME GOVERNMENT AGENCIES INCLUDING SOME / ENTRUSTED EMPLOYEES, PEOPLE INVOLVED FOR SO MENY (18+ years and pending) in CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE as well as all listed by me denied to me all of what I  allege for so long  INCLUDING MEDICAL HELP, LAW  CONSTITUTION and POLICE PROTECTION  etc.              As I stressed many times in my previous entries, during the 6.5 years of my employment in/ with Apotex I worked and was exposed to over 4000 chemicals/ molecules/ active ingredients often compounded and very toxic/lethal without any collective or personal (PPE) at all.Due to Company’s mounting financial/personnel’s problems as well as due to criminal negligence, overwhelming / ongoing construction, confidential formulation/ validation/ manufacturing of NEW very dangerous products , production of restricted products in common / general manufacturing (MFG) AND PACKAGING (PKG) , Formulation and Development (FD)areas and all of that out of control situation was amplified by daily uncontrolled multi products spills all over equipment/floors and distributed around the plant by oblivious of danger / high on active ingredients operators without English language skills nor any pharmaceutical experiences/out of control air handling systems, absence of in process control inspectors (QC), Sanitation Technicians, Supervisors, Operators etc. As it turned out I was involved on a regular basis without my consent with many employees with experimental production of lethal products in confidentiality, which were constantly produced not disclosing names and natures off and some People were in secrecy compensated for. They destroyed my life and the lives of so many and no one cared until now  !Amongst two hundred and thirty fife “regular“ products and over a dozen “ in the pipe” at any given time of formulation and development of very dangerous NEW products for Alzheimer, Parkinson, antidepressants , blood composition and pressure controlling drugs , narcotics and many more.NEW products for Alzheimer, Parkinson, antidepressants , blood composition and pressure controlling drugs , narcotics and many more was an immunosuppressant “CYCLOSPORINE”.
Due to the high toxicity of it, this product is supposed to be handled in an isolated area (air locks on the doors, different / separate department/ building etc.).
 Because Company – Apotex under large construction did not have any areas to dedicate it for this product, management / executive group including owner Dr. Bernard Sherman announced, that classification of “ CYCLOSPORINE” WAS CHANGED BY SUPPLIER / regulators and now it is O.K. to process it in common area / next to other products etc.
WSiB had a deal with my ex- employer and  in exchange for not disclosing any internal / external incidents / accidents to any one / WSiB,  WSiB was paying back REBATES / its yearly installments in full back  - to the Organisation / ex-employer! That is why the exceptional employee / LIKE me was fired "without just cause" when the Organisation disabled me by criminal negligence and fired me like almost all  other "contaminated" employees / contact with products  employees / most of them  working WITH restricted products,  products without permits and / or approvals.!   That is why I was deprived of any and all help from Financial , Medical, Legal, Constitutional, Police etc.,  for 18 + years and pending, WHILE STRUGGLING / DETERIORATING IN HORRIFYING WAY.....:).

I was handcuffed and shackled on my legs and in state of physical and psychological incapacitation brought in the metal box of a Police prisoner’s transport truck …….:)…….While Prison Guards with bulletproof vests rolled me in the Hospital Emergency Room trough shocked / scared of me crowd it opened up in front of me as someone would cut butter with a hot knife. 
During my imprisonment I was subjected to very aggravating /degrading protocols.
Disabled person arrested without any evidence, jailed without any sentencing, time, time, time, time, time, time, time, time time and time again subjected to invasive strip searches in open / common area in close proximity to other inmates and female jail guards/police officers (10 times in 42 days ), stripped of dignity, abuse, tortured, deprived of essential medications, stressed enormously, exposed to unspeakable unhygienic conditions while in the custody etc. As a result of this evicted from residence without Court’s Eviction Notice and against Landlord Tenant Act and so on and so on.

Apotex with own enablers / "DANGEROUS OFFENDERS" located strategically in Government Agencies, Civil Institutions and every were else of strategic value, did severely impair me on illegally obtain and processed products, then severely incapacitated me for 19 + years and pending, then they did defraud me, my family and people around me of everything for almost some 20 years and pending etc.
ALL THOSE ENABLERS / "DANGEROUS OFFENDERS" RESYSTED CORRECTIVE ACTION FOR SO LONG AND WERE PRAYING UPON / ON MY ILLS, WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED ON THE JOB PERSON / ONTARIAN / CANADIAN DUE TO CRIMINAL / METHODICAL NEGLIGENCE.


All those characters from my list (not full ) were perfectly aware of their criminal / conscious activity because they were part of the criminal activities and they were purposely, actively and consciously ignoring ex - employer's commitments / obligations as being a part of it. They all ignored it having it in front of themselves at all the time and being aware that they ignor processing disabled on the job, havely incapacitated on the job by the illegal products, havely impaired , disabled person and they did it for 20+ years and pending despite it. They did it consciously knowing very well that they can NON successfully process it on their own and by being part of a criminal circle they have to commit crime covering up for my ex - employer - TorPharm / Apotex.

All those People regardless of status / place in Society, Civil / Profesional place in life or level of individual education did commit fraud against me individually and collectively, reneging on collective and personal duty to protect me contributing a great deal a Canadian worker individually / collectively being challenged and protect me from individual / collective harm on many levels. So big time medical, financial, economical and many, many more factors were totally neglected / ignored and forgotten placing me in position without any and all parallel for 20 + YEARS AND PENDING, leaving me without any choice whatsoever for so long.
