I live like a walking death in twilight zone / some where in between death and a life being deprived of all Human Rights and Constitutional / Law

some new employees willing to generate false letters to Management, 
undermining my performance/personality/dedication/loyalty etc. Those false 
letters did cause to me a lot of aggravation. Those letters Company posted 
for all to view on internal website.
Instead of providing me with some assistance in dealing with MFG, PKG AND 
COUNTLESS INCIDENTS/ACCIDENTS, Apotex was ordering some new employees to 
secretly take my pictures with/by cell phones in Facility while I performed 
challenging task to sustain MFG (Manufacturing) and PKG (Packaging) 
processes.
Apotex engaged own employees in sabotaging of my work/ equipment, 
compromising health and safety of Personnel as well as further contaminating 
/ cross-contaminating products. After my illegal termination Apotex forwarded to Labour Board (in writing) motion to panelize me for apparent "OBUSE OF PROCESS" because I forwarded an Application under 
Occupational Health and Safety regulations, while I was very sick and 
discarded by Company with out any means to sustain my self /get medical 
help.         

This is how in Ontario / Canada, Employees / Adjudicators of Government Agencies not necessarily qualified to do their jobs and often selected with a set of predispositions like certain pathologies, exploit injured on the job Employees / Workers they suppose to assist in times of misfortune. Employers / Often of a billion dollars and engaging for profit in unlawful activities to gain Market advantage. For 18 + years and pending, relying on strangers, I am bed ridden, not able to talk. / speak, hold a pan, walk, struggling to execute what guarantees to me Law of the land and what I am entitled to by Law by paying monthly prefixed dues without any trouble. Working for Employer for many, many years being exceptionally good, reliable, dependable, quality and quantity oriented and that was the period of biggest in Ontario construction / expansion. Historically Employer produced constantly more and more products and all or most of them without any permits to have upper hand over competition. PRODUCTS were very potent, addictive usually with contaminated ingredients, illegally obtained, without any permits to store or dispose, produce etc...:). That was / is the nature of the business. Production included many opioids and was often heavily contaminated.

While bedridden I feel like I am confined to bed by sickness or old age and a lot of beyond explanation suffering / pain. That's what really it is just time changed perceptions / perspectives. After so many years while I was the only ONE reliable in production Manufacturing (MFG) and Packaging (PKG) as well as often Facility my superiors ust to say " stay / come" or we will not " run". Time came when my system could not take it any more especially because most products were processed in confidentiality and due to accumulation of a variety of products in me including OPIOID I became very, very disabled / sick and that is when Government Agencies discovered / unveiled themselves and will to assist Employers regardless of circumstances with their activities out of hell and I am waiting for their help for 18 + years and pending.

During my employment I developed lungs problem (due to product side effects- reported to Superiors and documented). My autonomic function of lungs (a function of the respiratory cycles) has been compromised.
More and more frequently I am stopping to breathe with out a warning. These are relatively short in duration episodes but I am not in control of them. 
Despite my conscious mind I struggle in-vein to take air and I can not make my lungs to move. I suspect that my neurons /neurotransmitters are affected / damaged (altered function / communication) by active ingredients at work.
As result of all my medical conditions I fear, that such undertaking as a trip for a hearing on preliminary issues may end up for me fatally. For very long time I do not go any where at all.
I scrolled trough Tribunal's website and I discovered, that Tribunal's extra ordinary powers do allow Tribunal to make its own rules of proceedings which allow performing Hearings in any way where appropriate ( "any part of a proceeding may be conducted in person or by way of a written hearing or electronically (quasi powers). The Tribunal may exercise any of its powers under these Rules on its own initiative or at the request of a party as well the Tribunal may waive or vary the application of any of these Rules where appropriate") etc....:).

Apotex's (employer's) conduct at the time of my termination was conducted in 
bad faith, dishonestly, in a manner that caused public embarrassment, was 
callous, shocking, in blatant disregard of my (employee's) dignity and 
well-being. It was done with an evil heart and purpose; malicious; wicked; 
villainous, lawless, felonious, corrupt, crooked, culpable, deplorable, 
dirty, heavy, illegal, illicit, immoral, indictable, iniquitous, nefarious, 
off base, out of line, scandalous, shady, unlawful, unrighteous, vicious, 
villainous, wicked, wrong.
It was out right criminal!
I was most vulnerable / very sick and hence, most in need of protection 
(both economic and personal).
It was/is a traumatic event for me. Termination was accompanied by acts of 
bad faith in the manner of discharge and the results were/are especially 
devastating.
I believe that in the course of dismissal employers ought to be candid, 
reasonable, honest and forthright with their employees and should refrain 
from engaging in conduct that is unfair or in bad faith by being for 
example, untruthful, misleading or unduly insensitive.
Apotex tortured me during my employment and does it for 7 years after 
termination (pending). Apotex deprived me of all medical, economical and all 
other help / means.

After my termination Company changed its name and due to gross contamination replaced almost all employees etc.......:).

LETHAL PRODUCTS PENDING, TODAY - AUG. 16 / 08 /2021
LETHAL PRODUCTS 2004 - 2021/08/11 17+ years and I did not received yet my disability benefits / ENTITLEMENTS!. Company's Termination Letter is contradicting the letters from Mr. W. Davidson CHRP, and Joan Lowden (Director) as well as Carl W. Peterson (LLP) and Toxicologist Dr. Mitch Sauerhoff, which all were prepared after fact and delivered separately! After period of very extensive KONSTRUCTION!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to my dedication, hard work, and loyalty I was making $90,000.00 + 2002, 2003 a year. In January 07/2004 I started ewen better. No one suspected otherwise. Ill thought ideas profed different. Due to misrepresentation, my salary in the Report to the Government was misrepresented as a fraction of what I made. As a result of it, instantly I found myself out of work and below the poverty line , suffering tremendously without any income almost for 16+ YEARS. Maybe for Torpharm/ Apotex is time to be forgiving if any forgiving exists and give me a chance for the life I deserve. I worked for Torpharm / Apotex for so many, many years. Sickness made me disabled and not able to deliver what was apparently expected from me. People without ideas, very short on experience and seniority though that at my expense they can make gain. ...:). I WAS THE MOST SENIOR IN THE PLANT ! If I did not come, production did not go. Years of one of THE largest in ONTARIO CONSTRUCTION.

I'm surprised, that such multi billion dollars Organization like Torpharm / Apotex discarded such exceptional employee like me ( profe upon request) while I got terribly sick due to "no fault - criminal negligence" by unknow employees. Termination papers were prepared by unknow to me people from different Plants on the rusch on very short notice. Samples / benefits of my performance and accomplishments are all ower. Torpharm / Apotex does not terminate unexpectedly sick / impaired people. ......:). 
Unfortunately Torpharm / Apotex by not thinking about the true actions of a very few people without any seniority / experience in industry, completely / permanently destroyed my Records of Employment, health, refused me medical help, employment assistance for a long term exceptional employee. Did this for a life term without giving any consideration for the life of another employee, for anything and everything. Did not think about financial safety and security, life in society as we know it. Punished employee for life without reason or by their own reason. 

Very sick neurologically, physically, bed ridden employee sent rutlesly from Government Agency to Government Agency for 17+ years while fruitlessly awaiting medical treatment ( some medical and / or some Poison Centre ) and being unemployed and jeiled! I DEMAND WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY MY OUTDATED DISABILITY BENEFITS (ENTITLEMENTS) ARE being PAID INSTANTLY. ALL PAID RETROACTIVELY AND FORWARD. NO FURTHER DELAYS DUE TO FRAUD OR OTHER REASONS. 17+ YEARS IS WAY TO MUCH IN EXPENSE OF A VICTIM, UNFORTUNATE SUFFERING CANADIAN WORKER JUST BECAUSE EMPLOYER AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES ARE USE TO CULTURE OF CRIME. I thank you all "News Media" and other "entities" for continuous support in preserving integrity of the maliciously disabled by ex-employer Canadian. Government Agencies are monitoring my websites on regular bases and yet do not make it right, they are criminal and appalling!
About one or two years prior to me being fired from the Company " without just cause' - I think just because I got very sick and did not want to change own "title", every one right across the board got demoted to entry level positions to allow Company to be "RE-STAFFED" regardless of any thing and hire QUALIFIED / not contaminated new PERSONNEL. Company was about to change its name to bypass Regulations and Restrictions and to be able / allowed to add new PATENTS on some more products etc....:).

Are “mutual separations” a real thing?

One by one all Government Agencies starting from Human Rights Commission, trough Ontario Labour Board, WSiB (Workers Compensation Insurance Board ), Workers Safety and INSURANCE Appeals Tribunal, The Premier of Ontario, Worker Fairness Committee, Worker Adviser, Sauerhoff @ Associates, Fair Practice Commission, Obudsman Ontario, obstructed Ontario Health Act, Ontario Labour Law as well as Canadian Constitution etc. Committed many counts of perverting the course of justice or intending to pervert the the course of of Justice, many counts of perjury, criminal conspiracy , criminal negligence ,criminal recruitment of false witnesses, attempted murder, did cause/ contribute to permanent disability, irreperable damage. Human Rights Commission / Tribunal of Ontario facilitated and perpetuated on behalf of Apotex / Offender gross acts of discrimination, retribution, denile of Constitutional / Law protection, denile of medical help, denile of any employment, criminal conspiracy, torture, unlawful imprisonment of a disabled / very sick individual and much more. It did allow habitual offender Apotex to purge victims file of all evidence, it did make patently wrong / criminal decision by incompetent Member in conflict of interest. All of my statements are substantiated by hard evidence and 18+ years of Government Agencies investigations confirming all over again what I do allege and substantiated by hard evidence. DUE TO TIME PASSAGE of neglect and fraud by Government Agencies complicit to crimes committed by offender , supposed to be treated by Government / any adjudicative entities / are presumed trastful / factual at the face value etc.. 
 Medications with oral, intravenous and / or intramuscular applications / administrations should enter the system the intended way. Company did have products with utilization of novel technologies that presented themselves with a lot of adverse side effects if administered the wrong way. For years I suffered from adverse immunological reactions...etc.:). Not novel, but "repurposed " and Re - registered drugs would cause less trouble in production time.. I want Company to assist me with my problems. Shame on the Company and those who assisted! I Was REALLY GOOD , PRODUCTIVE, LONG TERM, RECOGNIZED EMPLOYEE. ALL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES INVOLVED WITH MY CLAIM , DESTROYED MY LIFE , LIFE OF MY FAMILY for so many years AND ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO FIX IT DESPITE FACT , THAT I PAID TAXES AND WSiB / WSIAT DUES REGULARLY etc.

DUE TO APOTEX, EX-EMPLOYER's CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. As I stressed many times in my previous entries, during period of 6.5 years of my employment in/ with Apotex I worked and was exposed to over 4000 chemicals/ molecules/ active ingredients often compounded and very toxic/lethal without any collective or personal (PPE) at all , due to Company’s mounting financial/personnel’s problems as well as due to criminal negligence, overwhelming / ongoing construction, confidential formulation/ validation/ manufacturing of NEW very dangerous products , production of restricted products in common / general manufacturing (MFG) AND PACKAGING (PKG) , Formulation and Development (FD)areas and all of that out of control situation was amplified by daily uncontrolled multi products spills all over equipment/floors and distributed around the plant by oblivious of danger / high on active ingredients operators without English language skills nor any pharmaceutical experiences/out of control air handling systems, absence of in process control inspectors (QC), Sanitation Technicians, Supervisors, Operators etc.
Amongst two hundred and thirty fife “regular“ products and over a dozen “ in the pipe” at any given time of formulation and development of very dangerous NEW products for Alzheimer, Parkinson, anti-depressants , blood composition and pressure controlling drugs , narcotics and many more was an immunosuppressant “CYCLOSPORINE”.
Due to the high toxicity of it, this product is supposed to be handled in an isolated area (air locks on the doors, different / separate department/ building etc.).
 Because Company – Apotex under large construction did not have any areas to dedicate it for this product, management / executive group including owner Dr. Bernard Sherman announced, that classification of “ CYCLOSPORINE” WAS CHANGED BY SUPPLIER / regulators and now it is O.K. to process it in common area / next to other products etc.

NEW products for Alzheimer, Parkinson, anti-depressants , blood composition and pressure controlling drugs , narcotics and many more was an immunosuppressant “CYCLOSPORINE”.
Due to the high toxicity of it, this product is supposed to be handled in an isolated area (air locks on the doors, different / separate department/ building etc.).
 Because Company – Apotex under large construction did not have any areas to dedicate it for this product, management / executive group including owner Dr. Bernard Sherman announced, that classification of “ CYCLOSPORINE” WAS CHANGED BY SUPPLIER / regulators and now it is O.K. to process it in common area / next to other products etc.

If for any reason economical, financial or otherwise existence of ( effected ) an individual changes, approached Local or Global AUTHORITIES ( O.H.R.C./B./T. etc. or any of choice ) WILL / MUST IMMEDIATELY / positively respond to correct it immediately and to bring it at par with existing situation to the satisfaction of the party, without creating any effort on behalf of affected party. Situation MUST BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY no matter who is approached with up word tendencies.

CHANGES etc.

I HORRIBLY SICK PERSON SUFFERING FROM INFLICTED TERRIBLE SIDE EFFECT (MOSTLY SYNTHETIC CHEMICALS / LETHAL ) , PRODUCED MASSIVELY IN SECRECY BY EMPLOYER, WITHOUT ANY PERMITS, IN FACILITY NOT READY FOR / UNDER BIGEST IN ONTARIO CONSTRUCTION etc. I NEEDED ALL HELLP I CUD GET AND MORE UNTIL TODAY AND PENDING I WAS DEPRIVED OF ALL OF HELP / ASSISTANCE.

My ex- employer Torpharm / Apotex, Government Agencies involved with my Claim, Provincial / Federal Governments etc. defrauded me ( extremely impaired on toxic / lethal mostly synthetic products ) employee and processed only half of my entitlements for ALL my payments ( C.P.P., Unemployment etc. ) forcing me into years of extreme poverty. Law is saturated with a lot of Regulations, Directives and yes by LAW - INTRODUCED BILLS about how particular Jurisdiction, Government / Branch MUST act dealing with the General Public. In Canada a variety of Governments passed by the BILLS detailed Roles telling / informing everyone what is the Law and associated time limitations if any so everyone obeys by the book etc. So for instance in Ontario Bill - 107 was passed by the Government of Premier McGuinty and it became a LAW!

MY TERMINATION LETTER CONTAINS EX - EMPLOYER's COMMITMENT TO LOOK AFTER ME, SEVERELY IMPAIRED LONG TERM EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE DUE TO EMPLOYERS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES, COVERING WHAT NEEDS TO BE COVERED. I DID NOT NEED TO CONTACT CRIMINAL CHARACTERS IN ALL OF THOSE AGENCIES OR BE SUBJECTED TO ANY OF THEIR "PERVERTED" BUREAUCRATIC WAYS FOR 19 + YEARS AND PENDING WHILE MY EMPLOYER WAS PERMANENTLY ABSENT AT THE WORKPLACE, PLAYING "LOBBYIST" IN SOMEONE's OFFICE INSTEAD OF BEING AT OWN PLACE OF WORK etc. I SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF ME BY MY EX- EMPLOYER FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES WITHOUT ANY PARTICIPATION OF THIRD PARTY's INVOLVEMENT TO GRATIFY THEMSELVES A SPECIALLY FOR SUCH A LONG PERIOD OF TIME DEPRIVING ME OF EVERYTHING FOR PERMANENT OCCURRENCE AND CAUSING SO MUCH DAMAGE TO ME AND TO SO MANY.
