I live like a walking death in twilight zone / some where in between death and a life being deprived of all Human Rights and Constitutional / Law

Please note, that during years of my communication with variety of 
Government Agencies in position of assistance/with mandate, Lawyers (all 
Lawyers recommended by Law Society of Upper Canada, all in the Phone Book, 
all advertised on e-net in the Province of Ontario and many across Canada), 
M.P.P., Office of the Worker Adviser (OWA), Legal Aid Ontario, Community 
Legal Clinic, etc. no one helped me!
After years of investigation Ministry of Labor, Ontario Ombudsmen etc. did 
not have any documents in my File, accept what I did submit!
With assistance of Government Agencies, Apotex managed to turn tables around 
and against Criminal Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act obligated me 
(a victim) to produce / provide all information / evidence, swamping me with 
administrative tasks and huge challenges, redirecting my non existent 
resources to challenge dysfunctional System.
All Government Agencies including OHR Tribunal did not assist me in any of 
my efforts to get situation in order and in compliance with CANADIAN JUSTICE 
SYSTEM.
Contrarily, many Agencies engaged in criminal activities. Ministry of Labour 
did criminally process my Application under SECTION 50 OF THE OCCUPATIONAL 
HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT violations and AT THE END dismissed it and 
sarcastically advised me to litigate against "legal assistance providers".

Recently so far under FDA’s pressure Apotex recalled more than 600 batches of drugs made at its GTA facilities! That adulterated product would/could be consumed by most needy / afflicted, maybe even by you (yourself) or your loved ones! (data rigging).

Honest people are not welcome at Apotex. You must do what Company asks you to do!For many years Company melted and boiled chemicals in hundred of pounds at the time in order to challenge existing /valid Patents of Brand Name's by process ( Cyclosporin- Cyclosporine is a potent immunosuppressant used originally to prevent the rejection of transplanted kidneys, continues to be recommended for a variety of organ transplants, brain function controlling drugs (psychiatric), antidepressants and narcotics which I worked with: PAXIL, Lavitra, Plavix, Bupropion, Gabapentin, Gemfibrosil, Metformin, Omeprazole, Temazepam/Etodolac, Metroprolol , Norvasc, Depakote and other brain function controlling drugs and antidepressants, narcotics blood composition and pressure controlling drugs etc.).As result of Company's negligence (exposure to advanced structural composite materials /chemicals used in the manufacturing processes which have been classified as to have a co- carcinogenic and/or synergistic effect -Depakote/ Divalproex Sodium, Diazepam, Clonazepam, Carbamazepine, Phenobarbital, Clozapine, Lorazepam, Phenobarbital, Amoxapine, Bupropion, Clozapine, Lorazepam, Amoxapine, Paroxatine, Fluoxetine, Temazepam, Gabapentin, Depakote,Cyclosporine etc. ) I am disabled!Company was preventing creation of any medical records related to employee's side effects associated with products exposure.Approximately 3 weeks after ingesting the generic version of the drug, Lois Ann Colacicco committed suicide. Decedent had ingested Apotex's generic equivalent of Paxil. Soon after, she began taking the generic version of the drug, paroxetine hydrochloride, which is a bio-equivalent of Paxil and manufactured by Apotex Lois Colacicco committed suicide in her home . Often tablets ARE CONTAMINATED or have too much of active ingredient / do not have any at all.Adverse reactions are most likely to occur when starting or discontinuing the drug, increasing or lowering the dose or when switching from one SSRI to another. Adverse reactions are often diagnosed as bipolar disorder when the symptoms may be entirely iatrogenic (treatment induced). Withdrawal, especially abrupt withdrawal, from any of these medications can cause severe neuropsychiatric and physical symptoms. It is important to withdraw extremely slowly from these drugs, often over a period of a year or more, under the supervision of a qualified and experienced specialist, if available. Company adicted me to many dangerous actives by unprotected exposure and discarded me while I become very sick and prevented me from obtaining any help!There are cases of bizarre behavior, school shootings/incidents, road rage tragedies, air rage incidents, postpartum depression cases, MANY murders (homicides/ murder-suicides) and other acts of violence including workplace violence.There is a grave concern among advocates that adverse reactions are greatly underestimated by the public, the medical profession, and the regulatory authorities. My autonomic function of lungs (a function of the respiratory cycles) has been compromised.More and more frequently I am stopping to breathe without a warning. These are relatively short in duration episodes but I am not in control of them. Despite my conscious mind I struggle in-vein to take air and I can not make my lungs move. I suspect that my neurons /neurotransmitters are affected / damaged (altered function / communication) by active ingredients at work.As a result of all my medical conditions I fear that such undertakings as a trip for a hearing on preliminary issues may end up for me fatally. For a very long time I did not go anywhere at all.I scrolled through the Tribunal's website and I discovered, that Tribunal's extraordinary powers do allow Tribunal to make its own rules of proceedings which allow performing Hearings in any way where appropriate ( "any part of a proceeding may be conducted in person or by way of a written hearing or electronically (quasi powers). The Tribunal may exercise any of its powers under these Rules on its own initiative or at the request of a party as well the Tribunal may waive or vary the application of any of these Rules where appropriate") etc....:).

It was done with an evil heart and purpose; malicious; wicked; villainous, lawless, felonious, corrupt, crooked, culpable, deplorable, dirty, heavy, illegal, illicit, immoral, indictable, iniquitous, nefarious, off base, out of line, scandalous, shady, unlawful, unrighteous, vicious, villainous, wicked, wrong.It was out right criminal!I was most vulnerable / very sick and hence, most in need of protection (both economic and personal).It was/is a traumatic event for me. Termination was accompanied by acts of bad faith in the manner of discharge and the results were/are especially devastating.I believe that in the course of dismissal employers ought to be candid, reasonable, honest and forthright with their employees and should refrain from engaging in conduct that is unfair or in bad faith by being for example, untruthful, misleading or unduly insensitive.Apotex tortured me during my employment and does it for 7 years after termination (pending). During my employment (despite the fact that Apotex did not have any money to purchase Personal Protection Equipment -PPE), it was financially rewarding some new employees willing to generate false letters to Management, undermining my performance/personality/dedication/loyalty etc. Those false letters did cause me a lot of aggravation. Those letters Company posted for all to view on the internal website.Instead of providing me with some assistance in dealing with MFG, PKG AND COUNTLESS INCIDENTS/ACCIDENTS, Apotex was ordering some new employees to secretly take my pictures with/by cell phones in Facility while I performed challenging task to sustain MFG (Manufacturing) and PKG (Packaging) processes.Apotex engaged own employees in sabotaging of my work/ equipment, compromising health and safety of Personnel as well as further contaminating / cross-contaminating products.Apotex forwarded to Labour Board (in writing) motion to penalize me for apparent "ABUSE OF PROCESS" because I forwarded an Application under Occupational Health and Safety regulations, while I was very sick and discarded by Company without any means to sustain my self /get medical help.

After so many years while I was the only ONE reliable in production Manufacturing (MFG) and Packaging (PKG) as well as often Facility my superiors use to say " stay / come" or we will not " run". Time came when my system could not take it any more especially because most products were processed in confidentiality and due to accumulation of a variety of products /employees and due to gross contamination in general terms as well as to get more  support from FDA, Company changed its name as well as replaced almost all employees at the same time etc.......:).

If for any reason economical, financial or otherwise existence of ( effected ) an individual changes, approached Local or Global AUTHORITIES ( O.H.R.C./B./T. etc. or any of choice ) WILL / MUST IMMEDIATELY / positively respond to correct it immediately and to bring it at par with existing situation to the satisfaction of the party, without creating any effort on behalf of affected party. Situation MUST BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY no matter who is approached with up word tendencies.

PAY ATTENTION : GAMING THE SYSTEM IS MANIPULATION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE RULES DESIGN TO GOVERN A GIVEN SYSTEM IN AN ATTEMPT TO GAIN AN ADVANTAGE OVER OTHER USERS. 
THE UGLIEST OF ALL SUPPORTED BY MENTIONED IS USE AND ABUSE OF THE LAW AGAINST WHOLE SEGMENT OF SOCIETY / POPULATION IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO SUBORDINATE THEM TO MAKE PEOPLE BLINDLY SUBJECT THEMSELVES TO SOMETHING WITHOUT ENOUGH OF A "KLINICAL SCRUTINY / CLINICAL TRIALS " TO BE ABLE TO INDEPENDENTLY SAY THAT " PRODUCT " IS ENOUGH GOOD FOR HUMAN COMPETITION, THAT WILL NOT CAUSE SHORT OR / AND LONG TERM PROBLEMS "SIDE EFFECTS OF SYSTEMS " THAT WILL NOT PROMPT UNFORSEEN / IRREVERSIBLE D.N.A. CHANGES etc.

I INSURED CANADIAN, WORKING FOR A LONG TIME FOR PREMIER CANADIAN EMPLOYER, WHEN I NEEDED DESPERATELY IMMEDIATE HELP DUE TO EMPLOYER's YEARS OF CONSCIOUS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE , HELP WAS NOT ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND. GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WHICH SUPPOSED TO BE OF HELP / ASSISTANCE, TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORST PREDATORS, ENEMY " ENEMY WITHIN". I HORRIBLY SICK PERSON SUFFERING FROM INFLICTED TERRIBLE SIDE EFFECT (MOSTLY SYNTHETIC CHEMICALS / LETHAL ) , PRODUCED MASSIVELY IN SECRECY BY EMPLOYER, WITHOUT ANY PERMITS, IN FACILITY NOT READY FOR / UNDER BIGEST IN ONTARIO CONSTRUCTION etc. I NEEDED ALL HELLP I CUD GET AND MORE UNTIL TODAY AND PENDING I WAS DEPRIVED OF ALL OF HELP / ASSISTANCE.
My ex- employer Torpharm / Apotex, Government Agencies involved with my Claim, Provincial / Federal Governments etc. defrauded me ( extremely impaired on toxic / lethal mostly synthetic products ) employee and processed only half of my entitlements for ALL my payments ( C.P.P., Unemployment etc. ) forcing me into years of extreme poverty. ( 19 +  YEARS and pending ).

Canada, U.S.A. Law is saturated with a lot of Regulations, Directives and yes by LAW - INTRODUCED BILLS about how particular Jurisdiction, Government / Branch MUST act dealing with the General Public. In Canada a variety of Governments passed by the BILLS detailed Roles telling / informing everyone what is the Law and associated time limitations if any so everyone obeys by the book etc. So for instance in Ontario Bill - 107 was passed by the Government of Premier McGuinty and it became a LAW! 

I HOLD ADDITIONALLY ALL DEALING WITH MY CLAIM / CASE PERSONALLY, CRIMINALLY AND SEVERLY RESPONSIBLE / LIABLE FOR ALL MY SUFFERS, TORTURES, DISABILITIES, IMPRIZONMENT AND ALL OF WHAT I ALLEAG (Bill - 107, Bill - 45, Bill - 168, Bill -133, C-27, etc. ......:) etc.!

WITH UNKNOWN SIDE EFFECTS ALREADY HEAVILY EFFECTING IMPAIRED EMPLOYEE NEEDED INSTANT MEDICAL ATTENTION. I DO NOT DESERVE THAT.


MY TERMINATION LETTER CONTAINS EX - EMPLOYER's COMMITMENT TO LOOK AFTER ME, SEVERELY IMPAIRED LONG TERM EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE DUE TO EMPLOYERS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES, COVERING WHAT NEEDS TO BE COVERED. I DID NOT NEED TO CONTACT CRIMINAL CHARACTERS IN ALL OF THOSE AGENCIES OR BE SUBJECTED TO ANY OF THEIR "PERVERTED" BUREAUCRATIC WAYS FOR 19 + YEARS AND PENDING WHILE MY EMPLOYER WAS PERMANENTLY ABSENT AT THE WORKPLACE, PLAYING "LOBBYIST" IN SOMEONE's OFFICE INSTEAD OF BEING AT OWN PLACE OF WORK etc. I SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF ME BY MY EX- EMPLOYER FOR AS LONG AS IT TAKES WITHOUT ANY PARTICIPATION OF THIRD PARTY's INVOLVEMENT TO GRATIFY THEMSELVES A SPECIALLY FOR A PERIOD OF A SUCH LONG TIME DEPRIVING ME OF EVERYTHING FOR PERMANENT OCCURRENCE AND CAUSING SO MUCH DAMAGE TO ME AND TO SO MANY.
